Shefali Milczarek-Desai is an assistant clinical professor of law and director in the James E. Roger College of Law's Bacon Immigration Law and Policy Program. She teaches courses on historical and contemporary U.S. immigration law and policy, and supervises JD law and BA law students in legal representation of low-wage immigrant workers who have employment and labor claims against their employers. She has published numerous essays and articles, and has been a guest on television and radio for Arizona Public Media.
