Steve B. Lem is a professor of political science and public administration at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He primarily teaches the research methods courses for political science, public administration and master of public administration students. He is actively involved in university leadership and has partnered with community organizations to bring events to campus. Off campus, Dr. Lem serves as the treasurer of the Pennsylvania Political Science Association. His primary research agenda focuses on political parties in Western democracies with a particular emphasis on third parties in the United States. He has also examined the implementation of post-conflict justice mechanisms following civil wars.
